Centered in the neutral territory lies an old abandoned farm house. The barn sits in shambles with livestock pens deteriorating all around. The house stands strong, though, and is structurally sound. The forest is beginning to reclaim the once cleared area.
Large predators frequent the area in search of shelter in harsh conditions, and human hunters will occasionally use this as a camp ground. Stay low and quiet, it can be dangerous here.
